Aditya birla health insurance

I have made a health insurance plan (Policy Number: 11-17-0044848-01-00 ) from Aditya Birla. My wife was hospitalised for 4 days and when i claimed for insurance amount they are providing useless reason to deny the refund amount. We have also requested by applying that agent with all documents which includes medical datas, doctor request letter along with Aditya birla health insurance claim form with all previous consultation papers & follow up papers related to current hospitalization . But there was no response.   Aditya birla health insurance is worst and very bad company as their investigation process is very complicated and long taking too much time. I am regretting by buying this bad health insurance. They are just robbing the customer’s money and deny any claim or services. The IRDA needs to be more cautioned before giving licence to any company to operate with customer's money for their personal welfare. We cannot claim reimbursement with aditya birla health insu
